Homechoice

Applicants are now able to provide and upload documents to their applications through the Homechoice website.

To do this, simply log in to your home choice account, select the " Upload/ Review Documents" link and follow the instructions provided. Click here to see a more detailed instructions.

Please note the due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Council offices are currently closed. 

Our recent lets page has changed. To view recent lets, you will need to select "Property search". Following this you will need to select the "Recent lets" tab, filter by the dates you wish to apply and click search. You can also find the property search here.

The Council is continuing to advertise its vacant properties through Tandridge Homechoice. This is because it is important that people who need to move to a new home are still able to and properties do not sit empty unnecessarily. However, we realise that as a result of the current situation many people may not want to move or be able to move at the moment. If you are in this position, we do completely understand.  Please do not place any bids on vacant properties until you are in a position where you feel able to move.
